How to Search and Find Inactive Users

BakeSmart does not allow for the deletion of past user or employee records. Rather, you can set any users that no longer need BakeSmart access to Inactive status.
To do this go to Main Menu> Settings>Users
Search for and click on the user then click the edit button. Then click the Active checkbox to uncheck.
Now that the user is inactive, you will not see this user when you go to the Users:List screen. Additionally searching in the Quick Search.. box will NOT populate this user, because the Quick Search only searches your Active User list.
To search and find Inactive Users use the magnifying glass.
