BakeSmart has extensive reporting capabilities and sending automatic reports is a feature that will elevate communication and access to important data for your entire team!
To create a Automatic Report you will set up the report in BakeSmart as usual. From the report set up screen, click "Send To Inbox".
This will open a pop up window that will allow you to enter details about this report.
Report Name
You can change the name here or leave it as what it's call in your report list.
Report Type
Two options are available, one time or repeating. Choose Repeating.
File Type
Two options are available, Excel or PDF. Choose the file type you want to send.
Save Location
There are two options, email or BakeSmart Inbox. If email is selected, the automatic report will send to the email that is saved under the selected person's BakeSmart profile. If BakeSmart Inbox is selected the report will be sent to selected users BakeSmart Inbox which is located Menu > Inbox
Send To
Choose which BakeSmart User you want to send this report to email to. You can add as many users as you would like.
Frequency
Three options are available, Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Choose the frequency you desire.
Start Date
A calendar will pop up and you can choose when you would like this report to start emailing automatically.
Run Time
This is the time the report will pull the data and send the report.
Then click the Done button and it will save this report and start sending on the date you programmed it to send.
Viewing and Managing Automatic Reports
To see which reports are set to run automatically, go to Manage Saved Reports and click the Automatic tab. You can edit the settings on the automatic report from this screen.
